Instructions

  1. Toast the sourdough slices in a toaster or skillet until golden and crisp.
  2. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, parsley, chives, basil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and evenly blended.
  3. Lay the toasted bread slices on a serving plate.
  4. Spread a generous layer of green butter evenly over each slice.
  5. Arrange the thinly sliced radishes in overlapping layers on top of the butter.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
  7. Serve immediately while the bread is still crisp.
