Instructions
- Toast the sourdough slices in a toaster or skillet until golden and crisp.
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, parsley, chives, basil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and evenly blended.
- Lay the toasted bread slices on a serving plate.
- Spread a generous layer of green butter evenly over each slice.
- Arrange the thinly sliced radishes in overlapping layers on top of the butter.
- Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
- Serve immediately while the bread is still crisp.
