Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut bread in a crosshatch pattern without slicing through the bottom.
  3. Mix spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon mixture into bread cuts evenly.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
