- 1 cup sungold tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking tray.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over the pastry.
- Arrange heirloom and sungold tomatoes on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the crust is golden.
