Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sungold tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking tray.
  3. Spread cream cheese evenly over the pastry.
  4. Arrange heirloom and sungold tomatoes on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes until the crust is golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Sprinkle fresh basil on top.
  9. Slice and serve.
