- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, finely ground

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss mixed nuts with vegetable oil.
- Combine ground peanuts, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and sugar.
- Coat nuts evenly with spice mixture.
- Spread in a single layer and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cool completely before serving.
