Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, finely ground
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss mixed nuts with vegetable oil.
  3. Combine ground peanuts, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and sugar.
  4. Coat nuts evenly with spice mixture.
  5. Spread in a single layer and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
