  • 1 cup dry stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dry stuffing mix, chicken broth, egg, diced onion, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and place evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
