- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 large egg

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dry stuffing mix, chicken broth, egg, diced onion, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and place evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
