Description

Warm and melty turkey sliders made with soft buns, savory sliced turkey, Swiss cheese, and a touch of cranberry sauce. Perfect for holidays, game days, or easy family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns, kept connected
  • 12 ounces cooked sliced turkey
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer sliced turkey evenly over the bottom buns.
  4. Place Swiss cheese slices over the turkey.
  5. Spread cranberry sauce evenly on top of the cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the buns over the filling.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and salt.
  8. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the buns.
  9. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are lightly golden.
  11. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • Cover during the first part of baking to prevent over browning.
  • Use soft slider buns for best texture.
